		<description>Coal in the US is mostly used to produce electricity. Replace coal produced electricity w/ nuclear and you have no CO2 emissions. France produces ALL its electricity w/ nuclear and hydro, they closed their last coal mine years ago. There are options..... if we have the will....</description>

		<description>It&#039;s about redistribution of wealth and, naturally, the government skims off the top.

It is just another method of control by the government over private industries.  Invent a crisis (AGW), create a monster (CO2), find a scapegoat (capitalism and big business), regulate the industry into bankruptcy.  We will see it in energy, health care, transportation, banking, insurance, you name it.  History once again repeating itself.

And all under the direction of a political cipher and economic amateur.
