I love how they've added the word "headquartered" in order to buy themselves a free pass...Such principles!  The Oakland mayor is correct, it <em>isn't</em> enough just to grandstand. The whole thing makes me want to buy a traffic camera and a taser, although I don't know what I'd do with the camera.  The taser on the other hand...
